The pretreatment furnace adopts a centrifugal fan and a hot air circulation heating system. The furnace temperature uniformity can reach ±5 degrees. After pretreatment, the parts can improve the carburizing speed and the uniformity of the carburized layer. There is a large-screen operation panel in front of the furnace, which can be manually and automatically operated and monitor the equipment action, and can prompt faults and sound and light alarms.
